My Story
I am a 62yr old woman who has only just discovered the pleasure of painting. I was very surprised and delighted when my work started to sell. I have since been requested to do some commission work, which has been received extremely well by my clients.
My history is that I have worked in the NHS since I was in my twenties, so for a very long time, I am now a Managing Partner in one GP practice while being a practice manager in another. My retirement is looming and my goal for retirement is to paint a lot, in the interim I paint during weekends or when on holiday.
I am on my 2nd marriage and have 3 beautiful, successful children and have a wonderful husband who also has 5 children, so between us, that’s 8 children and 3 grandchildren (a few pics below) we also have 3 cats and 1 dog and my daughter’s dog who is in training.
I hope to be able to continue to produce artwork and increase my knowledge for many more years, I have never had any formal training, but just love it with a passion.
